Come and take private coaching filmed with video analysis. Leave with your best waves to share on your social networks!

Duration: 2 hours – 150€

Example of a session:

  • Analysis of today's conditions: baïnes, currents, breaking zone, surf zone

  • Development of a session project: help with placement, paddling path, wave objective to surf, maneuver objective to place.

  • Warm up

  • Alternating launching into the water and returning to the sand with video viewing and technical advice

  • Debriefing on the session

  • You leave with your videos on your USB key (or other storage system you have: SD card or hard drive)
